(Dan Tri) – President Donald Trump officially ended his four-year term at the White House on the morning of January 20, after a farewell speech in the presence of his family and supporters.

Just after 8 a.m. on January 20 (US time), President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania walked out of the White House, preparing to board the Marine One helicopter to go to Andrews Air Force Base.
Mr. Trump and his wife had a short conversation with reporters at the White House before boarding the helicopter.
On his last day at the White House, Mr. Trump wore a black jacket and red tie as usual.
The First Lady also chose to wear black when leaving the White House.
Before boarding the helicopter, Mr. Trump told reporters that it was his `honor` to serve the country as the 45th president of the United States.
A number of White House officials and close aides were also present at the White House to say goodbye to President Trump.
A source said President Trump spent his last night in the White House working on pardons and signing final papers.
After the Marine One helicopter carrying President Trump and his wife arrived at Andrews base, members of the President’s family and guests were present to welcome him.
Mr. Trump and Mrs. Melania waved to the guests present at Joint Base Andrews.
President Trump’s children and grandchildren were present at Andrews base.
President Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner.
The military fired 21 cannons to welcome President Trump as he arrived at Joint Base Andrews, while a band played `Hail to the Chief.`
At Andrews Base, President Trump gave a brief farewell speech.
In his farewell speech, President Trump mentioned his achievements during his four years in office, including developing a Covid-19 vaccine in a short time, developing the US economy, and establishing the military.
`You are wonderful people. This is a wonderful country. It is an honor and a privilege to be your president,` President Trump said to his supporters.
President Trump also wished `good luck and success` to President Joe Biden’s successor administration.
Mr. Trump pledged to always `fight` for the American people, while the crowd below chanted `Thank you Trump.`
Mrs. Melania said that taking on the position of First Lady is her greatest honor.
President Trump also praised First Lady Melania.
At the end of the farewell ceremony at Andrews Air Force Base, President Trump and his wife boarded Air Force One to go to Florida.
The President and his wife waved goodbye before entering Air Force One.
