One of the factors that makes many people believe in the Pi Network project and actively mine the virtual currency Pi Coin is the profile of the founders of this project.
That’s because of this PhD’s `huge` track record in technology at Stanford.
The three people considered to be the founders of Pi Network are Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis – technical leader (right), Dr. Chengdiao Fan – product leader (middle) and Vincent McPhillip – Pi Network community leader (left).
In addition, he also created the online game platform Gameyola and StartX, a startup promotion project at Stanford University from 2010 to 2018, before he embarked on the Pi Network project – a cryptocurrency and horizontal network project.
`Father` does not know `son`
But what is surprising is that a project that accounts for Mr. Kokkalis’s `100% professional commitment` does not appear on his LinkedIn profile – the world’s leading social network for businesses and professional users with more than
If Mr. Kokkalis is indeed the founder of the Pi Network project, as well as committed to dedicating 100% of his career to it, can he forget to mention it in his most important career profile?
And if Mr. Kokkalis’ LinkedIn profile is not trustworthy enough (virtual environment!) – look at Dr. Kokkalis’ achievements posted by Stanford University – where he studied and worked.
Another interesting detail, Mr. Kokkalis’ biography on the Stanford website also mentions his Twitter account at: twitter.com/nkokkalis.
In contrast to this account is another Twitter account at: twitter.com/drkokkalis, with the avatar also of Mr. Kokkalis but the cover photo and tweets contain a lot of information about this Pi Network project.
However, this drkokkalis account was established not long ago, in March 2020, and the most recent tweet from this account is also from April 2020 – more than a month after the account was created.
Additionally, this account was still set up a year later than when the Pi Network project started.
This raises a question, if Mr. Kokkalis is truly the `father` and dedicated to this Pi Network project as described, would Mr. Kokkalis neglect his social network account and not update the situation?
Besides the technical leader of the Pi Network project, this project also has another prominent name, Dr. Chengdiao Fan, the product leader.
A Twitter account named Chengdiao Fan, established in 2010, also has no tweets or information about the Pi Network project.
The most dedicated person is no longer in the project
The last of the founders of this project is Vincent McPhilip, leader of the Pi Network community.
On the official website of the Pi Network project, the name Vincent McPhilip is not mentioned in the introduction page about the project’s staff.
Except for the loose links on the social network accounts between these three founders, perhaps the only evidence showing their connection is a photo taken of the three of them together – an innocuous photo.
It’s hard to believe that the founders of a famous virtual currency project like Pi Network have such a strange profile.
