In 1998, Guinness World Records certified the record for the person with the highest IQ ever tested as American girl Marilyn vos Savant.

The test results of 10-year-old girl Marilyn surprised everyone: IQ reached 228 and mental age was 22 years and 10 months.

Immediately, Marilyn vos Savant was noticed by scientists who wanted her to participate in research programs.

But in the end, Marilyn still became famous because of her super brain.

When Guinness World Records certified Marilyn as having the highest IQ in the world in 1988, she became sought after overnight.

Possessing such special intelligence, Marilyn’s educational and career achievements are not at all what people imagine and expect.

In 1987, Marilyn vos Savant married doctor Robert K. Jarvik – one of the inventors of the artificial heart used in medical surgery.

Not becoming someone outstanding, she chose a peaceful life with her husband and children and occasionally wrote stories

However, despite receiving a lot of criticism and disappointment, Marilyn was satisfied with the life she had chosen.

In an interview, she shared that IQ is just a parameter indicating the `capacity` of the brain, but how and how much to use is another matter.

In Marilyn’s opinion, smart people or high IQ people have no responsibility or obligation to contribute to society or become leaders or superheroes who change the world.
