At midnight on February 28 and early morning on March 1, a high-level North Korean delegation, including Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho, held a press conference at the Melia Hotel, Hanoi.
The North Korean Foreign Minister also said that Pyongyang had made concessions but the US demanded too much and they emphasized that even if the two sides continued to meet, Pyongyang would still maintain its stance.
