Continuing the program of attending the United Nations Conference, comprehensive mid-term review of the implementation of the goals of the decade of action `Water for sustainable development` period 2018-2022, March 23, Deputy Prime Minister
Speaking at the Dialogue Session, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha proposed strengthening the global and regional legal framework on the management and use of transboundary water resources;
The Deputy Prime Minister also proposed the formation of agencies and organizations under the United Nations to coordinate and support science, technology and finance, and form a global database on transboundary water and its flows.

Sharing the growing pressures related to water resources that Vietnam is facing, especially under the impact of climate change, along with the increasing need to exploit and use water resources in the areas
